Services
Academic Advantage offers academic tutoring in all subjects K-12 using
techniques that will provide a productive and pleasant learning experience.
Every tutoring session is individually designed to fit a student’s needs and
learning abilities. We will work with your child’s current classroom
assignments and prepare your child for any upcoming tests. In addition,
we will monitor your child’s progress by issuing a progress report at the
end of each session.
Enrichment Services
One of our premier services is our enrichment program. Many parents do
not realize how much progress your child could make in reading and
writing during their elementary grades by having an individualized program
of instruction. We have a well-tested, guided reading and writing program
for children in grades K-3, and a transitional reading and writing program
for students in grades 4 and 5. With this kind of individualized attention,
parents will be amazed at the ability level that their child will attain by the
end of the school year. Enjoyment and success in reading and writing at
an early age will translate into higher grades in all subject areas as your
child develops.
In addition, we offer math instruction in a fun and pleasant way so a child
grows up enjoying math. No matter what math level your child has
attained, our one-on-one instruction will allow the student to reach goals
that otherwise would be unattainable.
